Goh-Goh:Who? - The GOH-GOH Training Philosophy
"Hug em' then Kick em' to the curb.......
Well something like that anyway!"
With countless numbers of trainers on the web and in gyms, you are probably wondering what makes me different than the trainers next door. The answer is simple. Not all trainers assimilate training to life. My training philosophy is—get in and get out, hence the name goh-goh... GO HARD OR GO HOME. There are 3 elements I use with clients that set me apart and make me a successful trainer and leader. Time, competition, and a "tireless will" to succeed in whatever capacity chosen for daily growth and success.
Choice is what it is all about. With choice comes consequence. You can chose to take your health and training to the next level or you can talk about it and live your life forever standing still. There is no one who can compete with me because I know and admit my weaknesses and work on turning them into strengths. My strength is not only what drives me every day; it is also the power behind my training methods.
"You cannot inspire change in the lives of others
without a will to inspire change within your own."
This is the mantra that guides me every day to become stronger and more complete within myself. I gain strength through watching my clients reach their goals and succeed within. I then encourage them to go out on their own and make life happen through their experiences of life just as I have done in my own. I don't like to keep clients for longer than 3 months. I teach what I have lived, learned, and those things that have changed my life and helped me achieve goals. I train my clients with just as much passion as I train myself every day.
My life is all about meeting and surpassing my own expectations, it is not about competing with anyone but me. My training and goals in life make me a stronger individual which allows me to give back, but what I chose for my life is and will always be all about me. No one will ever have to face the consequences of the decisions and/or actions I have chosen for my life but me. I emphasize this in my own life therefore it is what I believe in emphasizing to my clients... It is all about YOU.
